Paying taxes has always been a problem since long ago in almost all the countries around the globe.  According to a recent research made by the Organization for Economic Co-Operation and Development, Canada can be found on the twelfth spot among the countries with the highest taxes, with a total tax revenue at 31.1% of GDP in 2009.  Every country has its own way of tax procedures like in the U.S., taxes are typically low but people should pay for their personal healthcare.  In Denmark, the country has 48.2% in GDP because of its large public sector.  It needs high tax revenues in order to maintain the public sector.
