Matthew Perry Sells His Third Home
Former star of TV series ‘Friends’, Matthew Perry, has just enlisted his third home for sale in the last three months. He priced his third home in Los Angeles on the Hollywood Hills real estate market for $5.695 million. His first list includes the West Hollywood apartment which was previously Elton John’s pod, priced at $2.995 million. This early October he included his Malibu home onto the Malibu real estate market for $13.5 million. He recently bought a new home at Sunset Strip for $8.65 million. This may have made him more likely to sell his other properties. It’s a good thing he invests on properties and intends to sell them after a few years.
