Even though the debit card charges for purchases made by the card holder every month were no longer imposed by the big banks, consumers must be aware of the hidden charges that they might be burdened unto them.  These big banks will do anything just to get back the fees that were held back from them because they believe that they are losing significant revenues from previous transactions.  These banks previously earn from checking account balances of $1,000.  The charges that they make for every check are all gone because fewer people are making use of checks.  Debit cards are normally used by the consumers.
